Asado is a traditional Argentine way of cooking over wood fire, a barbecue art form. Not only does it deliver big on flavour with dishes being cooked over wood fire, it also provides a great visual experience for you and your guests.
Guests will often come and chat to our chefs whilst they're at hard work over the hot fire. Asado is not just a meal; it's a social event that brings friends and family together.

WHOLE LAMB ASADO EXPERIENCE

Whole Lamb cooked for 10 hours over fire on a cross at your venue
​
The lamb can be served kebab style with a selection of salads and sauces, each guest can 'pimp' their kebab how they like, this can be handheld for ease of eating at a standing event.

Alternatively we can serve the lamb sharing style on platters for the table, with a selection of accompanying fire cooked vegetables with breads and salads. A truly show stopping dining experience.
